Hello, I’ve been using MiaB for a few weeks, and configured it to receive and send e-mails using Gmail (POP3 to fetch all messages, and redirected all mail using a Roundcube/Sieve action). Works like a charm.
Today I was checking the daily logs (/var/log/mail.log), and noticed a lot of rejected mails. But there were some messages from a valid domain (a Dutch government organisation called rdw.nl) that have been rejected for some reason. SPF passed, so the mail is from a legit source.
In the example below, I have altered the message ID’s and the destination account for privacy matters. I hope you can help me understand why these messages are being rejected?
The mail.log is full of messages like “Recipient address rejected: Greylisted”. I just chose these examples because they’re from a legit source.
