I’m trying to install MIAB ob a vanilla 14.04.5 LTS Ubuntu on a 1&1 VM (1vCore, 1GB). The firewall has been reconfigured to allow SSH, DNS (tcp, udp), SMTP(S). HTTP(S), POP3(S) and IMAP(S). The DNS Domain is external. It has been configured to point box.$DOMAIN to the machines IPv4. A PTR RR has also been set.
When I run the curl… command setup starts, asks me a few questions, begins to install software and then it hangs after it has issued it would install roundcube:

Firewall is active and enabled on system startup
Installing nsd (DNS server)…
Installing Postfix (SMTP server)…
Installing Dovecot (IMAP server)…
Installing OpenDKIM/OpenDMARC…

Installing Nginx (web server)…
Installing Roundcube (webmail)…
I can’t find and hints in LOG or below /home/user-data/ to point me into the right directions. Where could I look?
