Upgrade to 0.26c failed - Z-Push access failed

Oh no… My MIaB failed to upgrade to 0.26c due to some connection issue:
Installing Z-Push (Exchange/ActiveSync server)…
fatal: unable to access ‘https://stash.z-hub.io/scm/zp/z-push.git’: Failed to connect to stash.z-hub.io port 443: Connection timed out

This returned me to the prompt with no end of upgrade in sight… :frowning: What can I do to ensure the upgrade was properly terminated?

A second try and it worked out of the box… go figure!
