Update to 0.52 breaks S3 backups

Hi all,

Just updated to 0.52 and now get this error message when accessing the backup section of the control panel:

Something is wrong with the backup: ERROR 23 BackendException
. BackendException: Could not initialize backend: No module named 'boto'

BOTO is installed and up to date and my latest backup occurred this morning before I updated. Any ideas?
