Unable to update and upgrade server

I have done sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade -y
and
curl -s https://mailinabox.email/setup.sh | sudo bash
but when I log into my control panel, it says I’m still needing to update/upgrade.

Is it my server or is it mailinabox?

It is Canonical advertising their Ubuntu Pro subscription in apt and Mail-in-a-Box interpreting it as available updates. For a more detailed explanation see my post here: Version 60 for Ubuntu 22.04 is released - #15 by miabuser

@vox Regarding the second message in your image, it is time to upgrade the operating System to Ubuntu 22.04 which requires much more than just updating packages.
