I have setup MIAB and mail is working.
So decided it was time to install a TLS cert using the built in TLS provisioning service.
But all I receive is an error that something went wrong. See attached screen dump.
I have reboot the server and tried again and receive the same issue.
Any Ideas?

It seems that Apache is installed on your server … at least I am getting an Apache Default Page. MiaB should have removed Apache when your system was set up …
Either that or you are running a web server elsewhere on your domain and DNS is not accurate.
