[SOLVED] v0.24 The following packages have been kept back: php-soap

After upgrade to v0.24 I have following message come up after I run “sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade -y”:

The following packages have been kept back:
php-soap
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.

Should it be installed?

Would “apt-get install php-soap” solve the problem?

The command apt-get dist-upgrade will take care of upgrading it.
