Roundcube does not have all sections under settings menu

I am trying to follow a tutorial on how to set up 2FA and encryption on Roundcube. There is a section I am required to manually set it up on the Roundcube GUI. But my Roundcube lacks 2 sections that are “PGP Keys” and “2-Factor-Authentication”. Is this a configuration done by mailinabox?
