Package python-virtualenv has no installation candidate

While updating the Miab server from v0.25 to v0.26b I received the error:
`Package python-virtualenv is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package ‘python-virtualenv’ has no installation candidate`
Mails are sending and receiving just fine. It only seems to make the admin panel unreachable.

What is in your /etc/apt/sources.list file?
