Hello all.
I am having an issue with one email (support email) getting deleted for some reason? It’s only the inbox, all other folders email remain. Please help!

Same problem. Have you solved this problem?
Check /var/log/mail and /var/log/syslog for errors.
But are the emails getting deleted or is the profile corrupt??
check if the mail folder exists: /home/user-data/mail/domain/useraccount
this folder exists: /home/user-data/mail/domain/anyuseraccount
All incoming messages are deleting in 40 min (moving to trash).
I know this reply is 6 months late but, I had the same problem with one of my users as well - for OUR case it turned out he setup gmail to collect e-mail from his account and then forgot about it.
Looking through the /var/log/mail.log file I spotted an IP that kept accessing his account via pop3. I used an IP WhoIs service and found out the IP was owned by Google. We logged into his gmail account (that he NEVER checks) and found ALL of his old e-mails in there, including the ones I sent tonight that were already missing from our mailinabox server.
Point is, check to see if a 3rd party service is grabbing e-mails for your user as well. Granted it’s been over 6 months and you probably figured this out already
