Mail not backuped

hi all
i have a Server on DigitalOcean with storage volume
so i have setup STORAGE_ROOT as /mnt/volume/mailinabox

and bacuper configured to S3

but mail folder are not backuped ( backup is 100MB )

how can i solve?
