Lxd and lxd-client updates kept back during sudo apt upgrade

Hi Everyone;

I like to keep on top of updates of my OS (Ubuntu 18.04.2) , but i see that some packages are currently kept back.

root@mail:~# sudo apt-get upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Calculating upgrade... Done
The following packages have been kept back:
  lxd lxd-client

Is there any guidance on how to approach this? lxd is a container service, unsure if this was installed as part of MIAB or not. Any thoughts?

It’s not something Mail-in-a-Box installs or needs - it was probably there by default when your cloud provider / ISP initialized the machine. It’s safe to upgrade or uninstall them.
