Invalid request ! No data was saved when login into roundcube

Hi everyone ! When i login into roundcube mail system, the system announced: “Invalid request ! No data was saved”. How can i solve it? Can you help me solved this? Thanks for your helping.

Login to https://box.example.com/cloud first and see if that helps

If that doesnt work make sure the folder “/tmp” exists as well.
