"Internal Server Error" (when adding new users, aliases, etc.)

Hello, team-MIAB!

Any time I attempt to do anything:

• Add/Archive User

• Add/Archive Alias

etc.

… the server completes the task successfully (i.e., users are successfully added etc.) but I always get a server error displayed:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

Thoughts?

ps. I have run updates and current @ V68

Check the output of sudo journalctl -u mailinabox , there might be some more detailed error report there.
