I was trying to instal MiB but I have the following error with Z-Push:

I tried a solution found in the forum to add the IP in /etc/hosts (195.201.215.164) but that doesn’t seem to work anymore.

Please fix this.

MiaB is performing an install script which pulls a file from that site. The unavailability of the site is not something we can fix.

I saw more people in the forums complaining about the same error, some of them already in 2018. So I was assuming the website was not working since then…

According to a Kopano forum post, the server is down and they have at least temporarily put the file here:

https://download.kopano.io/zhub/z-push%3A/final/Ubuntu_18.04/

However, I’m not sure which file is the correct one to download.

There is now a new release, .53a, of Mail-in-a-Box that includes fixing this issue.

The new release should fix both upgrades and new installation failures.

It is in the direct upgrade path, so will install if you upgrade MiaB to the most recent version. The changes will likely be maintained in upgrades for the foreseeable future, so future versions will include the upgrade.

For .53a, there is the only the one change.

The installation script is still failing on this. According to the manual, running

It should be pulling directly from the Z-Push GitHub, not z-hub.io.

The setup.sh script doesn’t seem well documented, because it isn’t in the mailinabox/mailinabox.email repo or the mailinabox/mailinabox repo, other than in a comment of mailinabox/mailinabox/setup/bootstrap.sh.

Something I’ve noticed that is different about .53a is that it is listed second in the Tags drop-down menu in GitHub.
