I want to ask how to add more domain and and give one of the user in a domain admin privelage to add and delete accounts.

You can make a user an admin from the users page of the /admin site.

Is it possible like my client is now used in cpanel>

  • I can assign their domain with mib and create admin user for that domain
  • the admin user of that domain can create/delete/manage theire domain email accounts

No. An admin has access to everything.
