How can I replace my manual 3rd-party TLS cert with default automatic Let's Encrypt?

Some time ago I’ve installed 3rd-party TLS cert (WoSign) manually, and now in my MIAB admin panel I can only “replace” it with a new manual TLS.

Is there any way to setup Let’s Encrypt TLS? (as I understood, it’s the default way for current MIAB versions…)
