Github is broken and the site uses Github pages, I believe. Should be fine now, but they had this going on:

Tried a manual install via github, but seeing the same on https://pypi.org/.

Update - We are investigating issues with our CDN rendering static assets. We are monitoring progress and will provide updates when we have them.
