I need to modify Mail-in-a-Box DNS record to add rua= field.

_dmarc IN TXT “v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=dmarc@example.com”

How can I accomplish this in the admin web interface under Systems?

You can do it in the Custom DNS page in the dashboard. When you create a record that matches an automatically generated record, the Custom DNS entry will take precedence and IIRC the automatically generated record will be removed.
