Custom DNS seems to stop serving records when you have more than a certain number of records

I’ve been having to completely rebuild my MIAB and it seems that adding any records seems to have stopped serving new records but it allows me to add them in the /admin panel.

For example, I tried adding grey.nixc.us with no success. Any ideas?

Any errors in logs for this? Can’t help without more detail.
