Changing primary domain

Is changing the primary domain as simple as re-running the setup? Am I going to mess anything up?

I’ve never actually done it. It should be mostly fine, but you’ll need to look over the status checks in the admin after, and read through the setup guide again to see if anything needs to be updated like glue records. ownCloud will probably also break but you can easily fix it with an edit to /home/user-data/owncloud/config.php (it’ll tell you the problem when you visit ownCloud).
