Change DNS records. Does it replicate automatically around the world?

Hello. I have DNS glue records on my registar pointing to ns1.box.domain.com and ns2.box.domain.com (with their respectives IPs); And the DNS are: ns1.box.domain.com and ns2.box.domain.com

all is working fine. Well, my question is:

I want to modify/add any DNS record on box.domain.com, so I understand I need to change it on: https://box.domain.com/admin#custom_dns

Well… and nothing more else? Does it replicates the DNS around the world automatically?

Yes, usually seemingly instantly. However you should always allow 48 hours for DNS to fully propagate around the world.
