it looks all good so I dont know why its not working

Have you tried sudo mailinabox
? That has fixed gremlins for me, more than once.

What happens if you run
./management/dns_update.py
Can you post the output? If the output seems fine you could also force the DNS update by executing
./management/dns_update.py --lint
and then restarting the miab
Removing all DNS records and email users for the domain and then waiting an hour for it all to be lost on the DNS servers seemed to work
