Can't access to my box from local computers

Hey guys,

Since the last update, been inform that all the computers that i have in the same local net can’t acess to the box either from webmail or outlook configuration, but when i try from outside its work just fine. i have a CISCO with a 4 public ip pool, i have my box direct to the cisco using one ip, and in another port i have one router using another ip, in that router i have 4 computers and those are the one who can’t access to the box.

any help will be nice.
