Can not load https://box.example.com/admin

Hello, I seem to have broken my box. I can not SSH in to it.

Error message:

Session stopped
- Press to exit tab
- Press R to restart session
- Press S to save terminal output to file
Network error: Software caused connection abort

When I go to https://box.example.com/admin, I get
502 Bad Gateway

What is the remedy for this type of error?
