No issues with MIAB (love it!) and auto updates work great including telling me when to reboot the server.
However, these packages seem to avoid being updated:
gpg-wks-client (2.2.4-1ubuntu1.4)
dirmngr (2.2.4-1ubuntu1.4)
gpg-wks-server (2.2.4-1ubuntu1.4)
gnupg-utils (2.2.4-1ubuntu1.4)
gpg-agent (2.2.4-1ubuntu1.4)
gpg (2.2.4-1ubuntu1.4)
gpgconf (2.2.4-1ubuntu1.4)
gnupg-l10n (2.2.4-1ubuntu1.4)
gnupg (2.2.4-1ubuntu1.4)
gpgsm (2.2.4-1ubuntu1.4)
gpgv (2.2.4-1ubuntu1.4)
iproute2 (4.15.0-2ubuntu1.3)
pollinate (4.33-0ubuntu1~18.04.2)
Should I continue to ignore them since other packages are being auto installed, or should I go ahead and apt update them manually?
Do you mean that if you log into the server and run sudo apt-get upgrade
the server holds back on updating those packages?

The auto update feature in MIAB is skipping these updates everyday. Just wondering why.
There are some updates that are intentionally held back and some that for whatever reason have to be run manually. That is why I asked.
For ones that have to be run manually, I just log in and run sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
.

This is the first time I’ve had to manually update the server. Nothing was showing that it was being held back running apt update. Everything updated and a server reboot was fine.
Thanks for the help
