Admin User page 'something went wrong'

I am having issues with the ‘user’ page in Mail-in-the-box admin not loading. I believe whenever one of my email accounts has a lot of mail ~3g it freezes. I increased time-out and no luck. Is there around this.

if it is due to a mailbox size check. Can I disabled this?

My wife and I have mailboxes over 10G each, plus extra accounts for various specific purposes. No problems or slowness experienced on the Admin User’s page, nor the Roundcube email client itself.
