Address Book NOT WORKING after upgrading to v0.28

I upgraded my MIAB with new version of v0.28.
After upgrade is done, and server rebooted, I found that Address Book is no working and showing error all the time “Server Error! (Internal Server Error)”

I checked, Contact ownCloud link has also stopped working.

Any fix!!!

Please give us log files if you can (Check /var/log for log files, also make sure to scrub of any personal data in there too!)
