Should I be worried?
Does the counter only count successful connections or is it attempts? Is it likely to be someone attempting, or even worse, succeeding in gaining access?
I don’t use IMAP to access my MiaB only POP3 and SMTP.
Looking at the timespan and the totals by time of day table it looks like a bug to me. If you want to be sure, you’ll have to analyse the mail log manually. It should be under /var/log/mail.log
Note that the webmail client, Roundcube, uses IMAP to obtain the emails, that might be where your IMAP logins come from.
