Whitelisting IP addresses for inbound MTAs

Hi,
I have some mails coming in from an external server but from time to time the mails from there are rejected. It seems like MIAB things the mails are spam or something, but I need them to be delivered anyways.
Is there a way to completely whitelist the IP adresses of the MTA’s on the external mail delivery service?

Do you have any log entries in /var/log/mail.log for the rejected email?

I can check, but the question was mostly about how if was possible to whitelist an IP for bypassing spam filters.
