I just finished the process of moving my instance to another server. But after I restored the backup and ran “sudo mailinabox” The webmail is (https:myipaddress.com/admin) did I miss a step? My machine hostname is box.mydomain.com
What happens when you use the IP address for logging in? Does the status checks tell you about any issues?
Do you need to update your certificates? Is it a browser certificate trust issue?
You haven’t said how you encountered this. Did you try the address and find you could only make it work by using the IP address directly? Where is the DNS running and has it updated?
