I Cant Open My Admin panel … Tell Me What Is Problem We Need To Help

Checking the proxy and the firewall

ha, maybe we have same problem, you try open ip address only in browser to see that if you can see apache page or not
if you can see apache page, follow below step
no need reinstall your system
1.remove apache again
sudo apt-get remove apache2
2. install panel again
then you can open admin page
