Using the email domain in the webmail address

Is it possible to use the email domain as the webmail address?

Example:
box.domain1.com/mail
box.domain2.com/mail

I don’t think that’s what @operations was asking. If the question is, does the url box.domain2.com/mail work, the answer is yes, the /mail path works on every domain that the box hosts.
