User not getting any externally sent emails

I’m kind of stumped on this one but one of my user accounts are not getting any emails that are sent from the outside world. The other accounts on this domain work fine as expected. And anything sent to this account is just not ever received for about 3 days if it is not from the same “server”.

I’m using Mail-in-a-Box 0.43 and the machine is fully updated with system software etc.

I accidentally let the domain expire so I think this is the issue.
