I had the same issue but just ran the install a second time immediately and problem solved.

Hope it’s ok to also ask in this same thead, since you have the same in your logs.

also v68 > v69a

mine completed just fine but as in our log the:

Thanks worked

error wasn’t there when i redid the installation, it just said that nextcloud already was updated, so assumed it enabled the apps again.
