I just ran the update using sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade.
It finished without errors.
Version didn’t change. Still at V67. Latest version is V70.
I tried running again. It makes no updates but reports:

update-manager-core

apt does not upgrade the MiaB version. It only upgrades the distro packages. To upgrade MiaB, follow the instructions found on the https://mailinabox.email/ main Webpage
Thanks. I was on the main Webpage but I forgot that up Updating and Upgrading are different. I didn’t read far enough.
