Hi everyone!
I wanted to share what’s happening to me to see if anyone has had this issue before and if they managed to solve it.
After installing and configuring everything, everything seems to be perfect. However, when trying to set up an auto-response, even though I follow all the steps I could find to create the filter (I do it as shown in the image), I never receive the response; it simply doesn’t work.
Has anyone experienced this or have any idea of what I should look into to fix it?
