Unable to add IMAP account

I have several email accounts and they work fine except the main admin account.

I am able to successfully add the imap accounts to several different apps except the main admin account.

I am able to RX/TX from the main admin account via roundcube.

I have already gone through the basic troubleshooting steps. Does anyone have any insight as to why I can’t add the primary admin account as imap?

Is there anything unusual about that particular account, other than it being an admin account?

No, and that is what makes this so weird. Does MIAB log authentication attempts?
