Trying to run backup before upgrade something is broken

When I run

management/backup.py

I get the following:

Iā€™m trying to upgrade from being stuck on 57a to 60.1 however the upgrade breaks so I was following the instructions here: Mail-in-a-Box Maintenance Guide (mailinabox.email) and that is when I found this problem with the backup command.

Try running sudo mailinabox and rebooting. Then try again.

I tried, and it has the same output.
