Trouble setting up name servers

I’ve previously used Mail-in-a-box with a domain registered at Gandi without problems. For a while I’ve been hosting my mail somewhere else (keeping my MIAB installation running and up-to-date), and now I want to change back to MIAB again. The problem is that after setting the glue records at Gandi and then setting my name servers, nothing responds. DNS checks tells me that the name servers aren’t responding and the status page in MIAB tells me this:

“Nameserver glue records are incorrect. The [ns1] and [ns2] nameservers must be configured at your domain name registrar as having the IP address [IP]. They currently report addresses of [Not Set]/[Not Set]. It may take several hours for public DNS to update after a change.”

and

The nameservers set on this domain are incorrect. They are currently [Not Set]. Use your domain name registrar’s control panel to set the nameservers to [ns1]; [ns2]

I had previously configured DNSSEC at Gandi, but I’ve removed those records. Gandi confirmed the glue records were set as they should be, and as far as I can tell, the configuration is exactly the same as the one that used to work a few months ago.

Running “host [ns1]” on my box gives a connection timeout. “host -t ns [host]” responds with “host [host] not found: 2(SERVFAIL)”. From my local machine both commands responds with a connection timeout.

Any help is much appreciated.

After some propagating time, is it now fixed? If not, would you send a private message with your domain if you’d still like help?

Thank you for offering to help, but the issue was just resolved. It turned out to be something wrong with the glue records. They appeared to be set correctly in the UI of my domain name provider, but something was wrong behind the scenes. They confirmed the issue and somehow resolved it, and everything is now working as it should.
