Tracking down a problem with DNS and WP Multisite

I’m stuck on what is happening here, but I set up DNS for my box so I can have mail for a domain that is not the main domain. On another server runs the WordPress sites I had tried to turn on Multisite and once I did that now I have redirect loop that is happening between the real site and the domain that is forwarded and only has mail.

There is a chance it is something very strange with the WordPress, however last time I did this it was the DNS and I had to make changes on the Godaddy side of things, but now with maininabox I’m not sure where to start.

Please elaborate … what do you mean by “the domain that is forwarded”?
