This domain should resolve to your box's IP address

Hello team, Kindly help with two issue i’m having while setting up my account.

  1. My emails get dropped in spam folder.
  2. How can I fix this error message

This domain should resolve to your box’s IP address (AAAA 2001:19f0:7402:02a3:5400:00ff:fe6e:690d) if you would like the box to serve webmail or a website on this domain. The domain currently resolves to 2001:19f0:7402:2a3:5400:ff:fe6e:690d in public DNS. It may take several hours for public DNS to update after a change. This problem may result from other issues listed here.

The second issue is a minor nitpick several of us face. It’s the same address, but public DNS drops leading zeros on IPv6. It’s not an issue that affects performance.

Can you better describe Problem #1? Where along the path is mail going into spam? Inbound into your own spam folder, or outbound into their spam folder?

Thanks for the response. Does it means I need not worry about it?

And as for the first question it is outbound into their spam folder.

Correct, don’t worry about the first issue.

As for mail going into their spam folder, hopefully they can figure out why. Maybe something in their mail headers will indicate why. In the mean time, I suggest checking mxtoolbox for any clues:
https://mxtoolbox.com/domain/

This is the result.

The blacklist doesn’t help, but it looks like that blacklist is to protect against freshly registered domains used for spamming. It should clear out in a month:

Does anybody receive your mail in their inbox? Or do they all go to Spam?
