While reading the admin panel I saw such an excellent program property as +tag addresses , but for some reason it doesn’t work for me
Maybe I missed some settings in the admin panel?
For example, my main email address is me@myserver.info
I want to use blabla+me@myserver.info - when I try to send a letter to this address, Google writes that a user with that name does not exist on the server.

I think you just have the tag in the wrong place. It should be:
me+blabla@myserver.info
per your example.
