The certificate does not correspond to the private key at /home/user-data/ssl/ssl_private_key.pem

Having run into trouble (I’ve already posted one topic about an error on setup I saw) I decided to switch to DigitalOcean and follow the steps as nearly as closely as can be done.

I still recieved the (process:12184): Pango-WARNING **: error opening config file ‘/root/.config/pango/pangorc’: Permission denied warning again, but now I have another problem.

When trying to install the certificate for box.mydomain.com, I get this message: SSL Certificate Installation

The certificate does not correspond to the private key at /home/user-data/ssl/ssl_private_key.pem.

Can someone please tell me what that means and how to fix it? In the SSL Certificates portion in the admin panel, it says I have to provide the SSL certificate provider this Certificate Signing Request (CSR). There is no way to do that with Dreamhost, my registrar. You simply request one for a given domain, and I asked for one for my domain, box.mydomain.com

I don’t really know how that works. That’s the first time I’ve heard of getting a certificate without providing a CSR… You have to use the CSR or else the certificate you get won’t work with the private key generated by the box.
