@bottimail Have you rebooted yet? Your name servers are not responding.
If you can no longer respond here you should come to Slack.

?

Seems your VPS is offline ? Or there is some firewall in place.
i restarted it just now
Did you perform this step?
Also, it looks like your ISP may be blocking port 53:
$ nmap -p 53 75.119.156.72
Starting Nmap 7.80 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2021-04-14 13:49 PDT
Nmap scan report for vmi545836.contaboserver.net (75.119.156.72)
Host is up (0.17s latency).
PORT STATE SERVICE
53/tcp closed domain
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 0.38 seconds
$ nmap -p 443 75.119.156.72

Do they offer a virtual console also called virtual terminal?
Why not? Which OS are you running and how are you connecting to the terminal ?
are you sure?? i dont have set glue records, i dunno how to do it!!
The glue records are created with the registrar. They may also call them custom name server record, or even something else.
You need to configure ns1.box.bottimail.com
and ns2.box.bottimail.com
to point to the IP address of the server, but not with an A record. The glue record is something different and will be entered into the nameserver
record of the domain WHOIS record.
i can do this type record: A, AAAA, CAA, CNAME, MX, SRV and txt
That is because you are trying to configure a DNS server. This is the wrong thing to configure. You cannot configure a namerserver
record from a DNS server.
You have to change the nameserver
record in the WHOIS record for the domain. You have to do this through the registrar, not the DNS server ISP.
If you are not understanding this, please open a trouble ticket with your provider.
the problem is that there is not an option to do it in the vps control pannel
Please see here for a better understanding:
The VPS is not the domain WHOIS record. You are in the wrong place.
i have send a mail to the support but they still dont have answered!! probably they dont work on saturday!!
probably i undestand contabo is a domain reseller and i have to contac the registrar
