Stuck on "Upgrading to Nextcloud version 12.0.3" during setup. Thoughts?

Trying to set up a new box on a DigitalOcean droplet (I already have a box on a linode). After the “Installing Nextcloud” line in setup, “Upgrading to Nextcloud version 12.0.3” comes next, but it never completes. It just hangs with no error message indefinitely. Anyone experience something like this before? Any ideas?

UPDATE: Tried setting up a Vultr VPS. Same thing.

Ended up repeating the setup over and over again until it worked. Seems like a temporary issue that resolved itself.

NextCloud could have had an outage or something causing the install to lock up? Strange to say the least.
