Hi I just checked my munin stats today and noticed some strange spikes in my postfix stats.
Could this be someone abusing the mail server (i am not sending 1000 mails via this server at one time).
The scale on the left is “milli mails”, one thousandth of a mail, so 1000 m = 1000 milli mails = 1 mail in the postfix queue. Sounds odd, but if you check mail.log, this should confirm that one email went out at that time.
