Strange DNS status check errors since upgrading to v71a

Ever since I have upgraded to v71a, my Status Checks Change Notice mail keeps showing me DNS errors like this:

dyslexic-heart.de -- Previously:
================================
✓ Secondary nameserver uz56xw8h7fw656bpfv84pctjbl9rbzbqrw4rpzdhtvzyltpjdmx0zq.pro.ns.buddyns.com has consistent SOA record.

dyslexic-heart.de -- Currently:
===============================
✖ Secondary nameserver uz56xw8h7fw656bpfv84pctjbl9rbzbqrw4rpzdhtvzyltpjdmx0zq.pro.ns.buddyns.com has inconsistent SOA record (primary: ns1.box.dyslexic-heart.de. hostmaster.box.dyslexic-heart.de. 2025042200 7200 3600 1209600 86400 versus secondary: [timeout]). Check that synchronization between secondary and primary DNS servers is properly set-up.

I am hosting 12 domains, and I randomly get these errors on some domains on one day, and on the next that domain is fine, but another one shows this error. I have now set up uptime monitoring on the hosts I am using as secondary, and that has shown no downtime for a few weeks now. And so far, I have no problems sending or receiving mail as well.

Using dig and nslookup on the box to check the SOA record on that secondary nameserver also works without a problem.

Since these errors bloat up the notification mail, they make it hard to see if there are any actual problems happening. Is there any way to find out what is causing this, and then fix this?

I also use buddy dns and I recieve the same warnings. I just ignore them. Its is a buddy dns issue.
