[Solved] Unable to redirect/forward email

I want to receive the Status Checks Change Notice emails on another email address than admin@example.com and so I have created a filter rule in the webmail client to do so. I have tried using Scope: all messages with both Redirect message to and Send message copy to but neither forwards the emails to the specified address when they arrive.

Is this not the correct way to do it?


In the admin area on the Mail > Aliases page change the forward for the email address administrator@box.domain.tld to point to the email address where you want to receive admin notices.
