[SOLVED] NextCloud is down/unable to locate package php7.0-memcached

I’m seeing a similar error when trying to create a new installation.

Install error v0.28 on Ubuntu 14.04.5 (php-memcached has unmet dependencies)

On a brand new installation, everything is going fine until: Installing Nextcloud (contacts/calendar)...
